E.T. Listat Oy has been improving its operations with the real-time Celesta MES and in-house logistics solution provided by Identoi Oy since 2015.

E.T Listat Oy's sales department can see in real time the progress of customer orders through the production and supply chain.

Supervisors on each production line record their manufacturing orders ("tällit"), including the raw material used and the products to be manufactured, in a browser-based interface that replaced the Excel spreadsheets used previously. Each production line's production plan and real-time production status is visible to other production lines and forklift drivers.   
 
Production line workers enter finished bundles and packages into the system via a browser-based, easy-to-use interface and print bundle and package labels.
 
The completion of products from the planing and painting lines automatically creates transfer tasks for the forklift trucks in the system. The forklift drivers can see either on a map or from a list which production line has new transfer jobs waiting. The driver acknowledges the start and completion of each transfer task on the screen of the tablet in the forklift or with the attached long-range 2D barcode reader. 

Customer orders are collected in a modern logistics warehouse using low-loaders equipped with a 10" touchscreen computer and a wireless BT barcode reader. The warehouseman uses the Celesta Mobile collection app to acknowledge collected items and create collars.  The system shows the collector where the product to be collected is located.

The data of the customer orders to be delivered, collected as collections, are sent electronically via the interface to the Consignor shipping system, which prints the waybills and collaterals. 

E.T. Listat Oy's warehouse solution is based on Idento's browser-based Celesta Plan and Celesta Mobile products and is connected to the iScala ERP system via an interface.
