Warehouse Management System (WMS) as a service or on-site
You can track the location and status of raw materials, parts, semi-finished and finished products in your warehouses or production facilities in real time.
Every intake or deposit is traceable.
Production
You can make material and transfer calls from the interface of a production line or cell.
The finished product can be tagged with a QR code label with serial number or RFID tag.
Transfers and Transports
Transfer and replenishment invitations can be sent automatically. A free driver will book and carry out the task.
Forklifts, transfer carts and flatbed trucks are equipped with a touchscreen computer, PDA or smart phone, which can also be connected to a barcode or RFID reader.
Collection
Using an electronic picking list, warehouse staff collect orders for delivery one or more orders at a time. The picking lists can be divided into zone or warehouse-specific lists.
Items to be collected are read into the collection basket or trolley from a barcode label or by acknowledgement from the user interface. Product shortages, under- and over-deliveries are easily recorded.
At the end of the picking run, the transport units generated are recorded and dispatch lists are printed.
Delivery and transport planning
You can plan delivery dates and delivery windows for easy-to-deliver orders.
You can electronically send shipping lists for orders to carriers and print electronic waybills and bills of lading.
If required, carriers can see the collection status of an order for shipment from their own application.
Reception of arrivals
Receive deliveries arriving at the warehouse quickly and accurately.
Any discrepancies are easily recorded. You can also take digital photos of the damage.
Print barcode or RFID labels on received products, packages or pallets for shelving.
